These needle plunger bars are made to work with cartridge grips, such as the Sovereign Disposable Cartridge Grips or the Sovereign Molded Disposable Cartridge Grips to help drive cartridge needles with traditional tattoo machines. The tips on these bars are standard with a slight domed end.
