Directions from manufacturer:A sensitivity test is advised prior to use. Apply sparingly to affected area. Wait until anesthetic effect occurs (90 seconds). Not recommended for eyeliner procedures. You may reapply sparingly as necessary to continue anesthetic effect. Discontinue use if sensitivity occurs. Remove product before continuing with procedure.
