Ink Beetle is a Tattoo Aftercare Sealant Gel that goes on wet and dries in minutes forming an outer skin that protects your tattoo from dirt and bacteria. It contains no adhesives and can be painlessly peeled or washed off under warm water. It's loaded with natural healing ingredients such as Shea Butter, Aloe and Coconut Oil, sealing and soothing your tattoo all while protecting it from bacteria.

Instructions From Manufacturer

Allow the new tattoo to rest for 5-10 minutes before application. This will allow your tattoo to naturally clot, and create a dry surface for the gel. On cleaned and sterile skin, apply a thin layer of Ink Beetle directly onto the new tattooed area. Let dry for 3-5 minutes and leave on for 2-12 hours. Remove painlessly by washing under warm water or peel directly from the skin.

FAQs From Manufacturer

Where does the blood and plasma go?
Normal amounts of fluids that form will seep into the gel barrier.

What about excessive bleeding and plasma?
This can be caused by many factors, over tattooing and medications to name a few. The gel won't dry properly and will remain tacky, we recommend using a alternative wrapping until the tattoo stops secreting and then switch to Ink Beetle.

How long do I leave it on?
We recommend 2-24 hours. Typically you apply it and leave it on over night then wash it off next day in the shower, reapply as needed for 3-4 days.

If I don't wash or peel it, how long will it stay on my skin?
Depending on your skin type weather its dry or oily it can stay on for a couple days and will naturally peel off on its own.

Does it contain latex or adhesives?
No. Its latex and adhesive free.

How durable is it and how long does it last?
Depending on your skin type, in most cases the gel will stay on for 24 hours and will just fray around the edges at the time of removal.

How many times should I apply it?
Apply it once a day for 3-4 days.

Is it Vegan friendly?
Yes. 

Can it cause adverse skin reactions?
Adverse skin reactions are much less likely because our ingredient list is in full view and there are no adhesives, with Ink Beetle you know exactly what your applying to your skin, in fact since our release with 1000's of products sold we have not had one adverse reaction reported.

Should I peel it or wash it off?
As much fun as peeling it is we highly recommend just washing it off.
