This item is a Stroke Wheel for FK Irons' Spektra Xion tattoo machine for adjusting needle displacement (stroke length).

Each Stroke Wheel comes with the cam, bearing and screw already combined—ready to be installed in your MotorBolt. Changing Stroke Wheels will change the needle displacement.
