Good machine, but some small issues

First, thanks to Needle Parlor. 5 stars…super fast shipping, and great communication.

I’m waiting for a new battery dock from Critical, as the one that come with my full set is defective. Batteries don’t sit on it very well, and it doesn’t charge the batteries. Left them on the dock the first day, and it didn’t work. So, we’ll see how the new one is. I don’t think the batteries fit well on to the dock.

I plugged it in directly, and charged each battery individually.

It took me about a week to get a hold of anyone at Critical, and a week for shipping the replacement.

I think some simple information about the machine, from the manufacturer would be nice. Suggested methods/ solutions for cleaning, wrapping, and general voltage guidelines are all important, but absent. The “set-up” video takes you through the battery settings just fine.

The machine seemed to work well, once I was able to charge the batteries. I was looking for something for my smaller pieces, and shading.

I don’t think having the battery dock as an add on is something I would trust/ depend on, but I might just be off on the wrong foot. Having your batteries charged, and a dependable way to do it is pretty important for a wireless machine.
