Stainless Steel Straight Piercing Needles - 2"

As advertised

So I think I’ve ordered from here in the past and I liked them. They were smooth, accurate sizes, my jewelry fit right in. I just ordered 14g & 16g and have used them a handful of times and I do not like them at all. I know what it’s supposed to feel like when I push a needle through. And this is not it. It has caught on every single needle I’ve used so far, every kind of tissue and in different clients. I would like this to be fixed, or a refund

I actually used these for a non-body piercing craft project to create a pilot hole for threading.
